Shipping Information:
All our products are FREE of shipping charges with FedEx Ground. All orders will leave our warehouse the same day or the following day of your order. Generally shipping takes between 2 and 5 business days within the U.S. from our warehouse to your hands. You will also receive an email with a tracking number so you can know exactly where your package is at all times.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We are so sure you will be happy with your new sink, we will refund 100% of the purchase price of the sink and/or faucet if you are not satisfied for any reason. Just return it to us within 15 days of the sale and the money will be processed back to your credit card*.
*Returns received after 15 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee. A return authorization number must be issued before the product is returned. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.
