Limited Sink Warranty
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser as stated on the invoice. The sink will be replaced without charge (excluding labor for re-installation and transportation) if it is proven to be defective by Platinum Sinks.
The sink is to be used only in a residential application and installed using appropriate industry standards (ie. no screws or nails through the flange).
The warranty does not apply if the cleaning instructions are not adhered to or visible damage is caused by abuse or negligence.
(In the event of warranty claim, the owner will be required to provide proof of purchase; please save sales receipts.)
This warranty will not cover any damages that might be caused by the product to adjoining products.
Platinum Sinks shall not be liable in case of:
► Improper installation/modification
► Damages resulting from abuse, such as heavy impact or dropped objects
► Improper care or maintenance.
► Damages resulting from improper care or maintenance.
► Scuffs or scratches.
► Improper applications (such as exposure to corrosive chemicals, photographic solutions, etc.)
► Commercial application
► This warranty supersedes all other warranties, expressed or implied. Platinum Sinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages in any way related to the goods or services supplied hereunder.
